Yestterday the company I work for had the opportunity to do a segment on Studio 5! I got to go with and watch as I helped make a lot of the things we showcased. We talked about some last minute christmas ideas and showcased our holiday printables. We only got 3.5 minutes, and whew you can't really say much in that short of time! But I think it turned out great, and we've gotten a lot of traffic from it!
Here is the lovely Laura who got be our spokesperson:
The table of treasures. I did the bottles and the presents.
I did the mason jar and little boxes. (Look familiar from our wedding?)
And here is the clip of us if you didn't get the chance to see it when it aired!
It was really fun to get out of the grind of the office for a day. Here is a recap:
- I've never been in a studio before. It was cool.
- There are lots of camera guys and sound stuff.
- It takes a lot of people to run a 1 hour show.
- Why would anyone ever do a live show? That is scary.
- People look a lot smaller in real life than on camera. Such as the hosts. Apparently the saying is true, the camera does add 10 lbs. or 10 inches.
- I like dressing rooms. With directors chairs and big shiny lights.
- KSL dressing rooms were built in the 1980's. Lots of shiny gold metal fixtures. :)
- There really is such a thing as "Utah poof hair". Oh my....
- People look ridiculously too animated in real life when they film. But when you watch on tv, it looks completely normal.
- I talk loud. I got shooshed my the camera director man.
All in all. It was a fun day. Now we are off to my company Christmas party! Later.

Such cute things! I'm impressed! And a tiny bit jealous :)
