"To Be Determined"

So here it is, a blog entry by none other than Lynn himself.  I really don't know what you say, how you say it, or why you say it on a blog....  I ask myself "Who is my audience?" well to be honest I don't really know.  If I were writing to someone in particular I would probably address this a different way, but instead I write to none in particular. And anyone who reads this is likely to get nothing of value from there expenditure of time.   But I write....

Also. When I take time to read, which is relatively seldom, I expect to get something in return; therefore as I write this blog, I try to think of what you my readers would like to hear.   OK, OK, I can hear it already, I'll stop trying to figure things out.

So, I tried to upload a picture, it didn't work. Maybe I'll try again in a minute.  Instead for now I will describe to you the picture to you. Like the majority of adults, I have to work.  I would like to be able to say something like, I GET to work, or my work is like play to me; but no, I have to work.  I understand that most jobs are work, and will always have some aspect of work, but when the weekend hasn't begun and you are beginning to dread Monday, you know its time to find something a little higher on the list of things to do for work.  Me, for work, well I play in the sand box all day, with life size toys, no different than I did when I was a child in my parents back yard.  One of the problems however is that while my toys have grown in size (not to mention cost) the big bad world has managed to restrict me to only one toy, with the occasional privilege of a second.  This is my toy.

And this is the one that on occasion I get to play with.

Yup, those are my two toys that I get to play with at work all day.

So now I'm in a picture mood. I'll try to contain myself and explain.  That is all I will write for work though, because I am home now and work is over for a few more hours.

The next pictures are the things I like to do. You know, the things that if I were privileged enough to do for work I would consider myself one of the few who have the opportunity to do what I love for work.

Snow skiing. Not my top skiing option, but if I could work where I could ski a line of fresh powder three or four times a week during the winter and enjoy the mountains in the summer, I think I would look forward to waking up to go to work.  And by the way, these lines were cut on a brisk day just shy of a year ago by my friend and I at Alta on Thanksgiving eve 2010.

This bus got stuck. This is completely irrelevant, but just to make you feel like your day isn't as bad as this bus drivers.  I mean really, not only did, lets say, she, get stuck with no snow, ice, or even mud in sight, the police show up to harass her.

Ok. I'm done.  Like I said, nothing much of value but at least I gave up on the rambling words and went to pictures.

Tonight for dinner: Spaghetti & garlic bread
